CONSULT: Together, you’ll learn exactly what your condition(s) is/are, how your medications work, and what the root causes of the disease are.
PLAN We’ll create customized plan for you to work with an MD trained in these 6 pillars.
TOOLS: Building on this understanding, you’ll learn how to use each pillar to optimize your health.
FOLLOW UP: Your doctor will be checking in on you, coaching you, and encouraging you as you make these positive health changes.
ACCESS AND SUPPORT: Your appointments will provide ample time for an unhurried discussion between you and your doctor. You’ll receive an unlimited number of appointments for the duration of your membership.
JOIN OUR GROUP: The intensive plan enables you to join small groups to learn the practical skills and support sessions to make these changes. You will have access to all 12 unique sessions.
